The Position: We’re looking for MECHANIC!

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Aviation maintenance experience on Bell 412HP, BO105, AW119, Bell 407, Bell 206L is preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license. IA a plus.
  • Valid State-issued driver license with a good driving record and “Fit for Duty” to perform work assigned.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision or in a field environment.
  • Must have a strong safety awareness and ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS); risk assessment and mitigation knowledge is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintains aircraft fleet in an airworthy condition and performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and inspections.
  • Repairs aircraft as needed by following established maintenance procedures, including troubleshooting malfunctioning aircraft parts and systems.
  • Inspects, repairs, and replaces aircraft components, perform rigging, precision measuring with equipment such as electronic track and balance.
  • Reads and interprets manufacturers maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, AD’s company inspection manuals and other technical data.
  • Engine, main rotor/tail rotor systems and transmission removals/reinstallations and general maintenance.
  • Verifies work performed satisfactorily and entered in the maintenance records I/A/W applicable CFR’s.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and local, federal, and state regulations.
  • Occasional field work outside of the hangar is required, which may be up to 60 days.
